Race Dog
Can anyone assist me with a nice dirt route with some interesting waypoints. I'm leaving next week Wednesday from Pta and like to arrive at Angies G-Spot (Prince Alfred pass) on Friday afternoon.
I've got an excellent track from Pta to Clarens with 95% gravel roads and have also done the stretch Aliwal North / Burgersdorp / Hofmeyr / Cradock / Pearston / Jansenville / Willowmore all on dirt.
The area between Clarens and Aliwal North appears to have no proper through roads(gravel) and have only done it on tar through Zastron etc. Advice would be appreciated, keeping in mind that I have approx 1,400km to cover in 3 days and wouldn't like to waste too much time just for gravel's sake.
Would also like an alternative to the previous stretch (mentioned above) between Aliwal North and Willowmore, maybe through Steytlerville?
