New Anakee2 tyres on Dakar -flat

I just had fitted new Anakee2 tyres on my BMW Dakar two weeks ago.
The the same tubes were used,now back tire is flat.
There is  no visible sign of anything puncturing the tyre.
Could there be damage to the  tube when fitting.
Does anyone know if this is a common problem or am I being paranoid.
