I recently moved from RSA to Scotland (for work, why else?) and have begun a motorbike lessons with the aim of obtaining a full A licence (no limitations).
I did my CBT course lesson last weekend - which is a stock standard requirement to begin riding on UK roads.
But changing topic abruptly:
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good bike for a newbie lady on the roads. On the wet, cold roads of Scotland.
I weigh about 62kg and am 170cm tall. I was hoping for a lighter bike - nothing too powerful. Perhaps something like a Honda CBF/CBR250. Or a Kawasaki Ninja 250R.
Can anyone make some recommendations?
