No Medical cover in Namibia

I just found out that my medical aid does not cover me outside of South Africa. Sort of accepted that I would be covered at least in countries like Namibia, Botswane, Moz and Swaziland.
Tried to get travel Insurance but nobody is interested once you mention a motor bike.

Any advice please?
