Ever wondered about all those flags painted on the rocks north of Steytlerville? We explain their origins and purpose and we explore the Karoo dorpie of Steytlerville - home to Dr Danie Craven and Dr A.G.Visser, the latter who besides being a skilled author, was also a physician. He also played a range of musical instruments and conducted the church choir on Sundays. A talented man and deserving of the accolades bestowed on him.
Besides the rich history, the town has made big strides in terms of progress post 1994 which is evident throughout the town. We take a slow drive down the main drag and explore the town in depth.
