oil filter stuck - R1100Gs

good day all.  :'(  this moring i want to do a oil change.  First drop the drain plug in the oil-stumpie.  BUT then i cant get the oil-filter out.  have a bmw filter tool.  this is my first problem in 7years of having the bike.  Please help  :'( :'(
