Opinion on ADV bike selection - R85k Budget

Hi Guys,

Please help me with my analysis paralysis 🤦🏼‍♂️

I am researching my next Adventure bike, and I am looking at the options in the poll.
Budget is Max R85k.

I add a 1200 Super tenere previously. Did a few breakfast runs with a pillion (5%) , some offroad (5%), some single track (5%) and mostly commuted on it (85%).

My use for the new bike will be:

• 20% Commuting
• 10% Road riding to trails
• 20% Offroad Riding trails (Following my 9yr old on his bike)
• 45% Adventure trips with majority offroad
• 5% Breakfast runs with pillion

I really want something with great offroad capability as I want to spend as little time of tar as possible, and given the budget these are the best options I could think of. The S10 was too big and heavy, although very capable, especially after n few pick-ups.

The T7 or 2016 Africa Twin would be ideal but both still outside of the budget.
