Hi

I want to order a Safari Long Range Tank from Australia.
The tank costs AU$520 and shipping is AU$186 which brings us to AU$706...or roughly R4,200.00

This is a tidy sum I'm sure you'll agree. How can I avoid paying taxes when it arrives?
I'm told that there are no import duties on 'spare parts'. Is this true?

The Aussie manufacturer might be willing to write the correct terminology on the consignment papers, saving me from paying import duties.

What should they write? Spare Parts, Accessories, Fuel Tank, Equipment?

your help appreciated
