our first Cederberg/West Coast trip

The wife and I are planning our first trip together end of April...
Here are some details of the trip:
1x '06 KLR 650 (novice rider)
1x '07 GS1200 (intermediate rider)
Day 1: Cape Town to Cederberg - camping @ The Oasis
Day 2: Oasis to Hondeklipbaai - stay @ Skulpieskraal
Day 3: Hondeklipbaai to Springbok - stay @ my folks
Day 4: Springbok to Strandfontein - camping @ caravan park "A block"
Day 5: Strandfontein to Cape Town

The aim of the trip is to have fun; enjoy new scenery; to ride gravel roads as much as possible.

Any advise on where to ride or not...what to pack or not...etc
