I know this is a long shot in the dark but....
My wife (who up until this week couldn't get leave) is now able to join me at the 1150GS get together at Gariep, so I need more luggage space than my tank bag & top box.
I don't want to buy panniers cause I don't want to spend so much on items I'll only use now & then (maybe 2 or 3 times a year).
So if there's anyone willing to rent out a set of panniers (preferably aluminium) & brackets for the pig, I'm willing to;
pay rental (anything reasonable).
pay a refundable deposit if necessary.
Strip the parts, fit them onto my bike & vice-versa on return.
Not 100% if it's a good idea or not, if there was a company doing such rentals I would definitely make use of them rather than purchasing my own!
