Good day,
My business may have an opportunity to purchase a property (say a 2/3 bedroom flat) in PE in order to support a long term project there. I was thinking that if the property is located correctly, it may also be used for holiday accommodation from time to time.
I have done a fair amount of travelling to PE over the years, but always for business (in the kakker areas of PE and Uitenhage) and my experiences and memories of PE are not that great, I have never considered it as a holiday destination. I do not want my ignorance to potentially cause me missing out on an opportunity.
My questions are:
1) Are there still nice and safe beaches in PE?
2) Which are the 2 or 3 areas that I should consider looking for property?
3) Should I forget about this completely and move along?
I have googled and did a bit of research but some honest local knowledge would go a long way.
