Ping Tankwa and Cederberg Experts for advice

Trying to plan a route  from Tanwa across to Wuppertal.
Found this vague but interesting track via the Biedouwvallei.

Has anyone done this route?
Is it do able...in particular the "river crossing" in the second image...not sure if there is a bridge.

Anyone got better routes from the main office in tankwa reserve?
