When I bought my house, the developer told me that underneath the living area, was suppose to be a cellar.
The empty cavity is already there, it just closed off.
So letting it slide, my garage became too small. So I decided to get the people out, and make a peeping hole in the wall, so I can see what is going on at the other side.
This is the laundry room on the garage floor. On the other side of the laundry room wall, is the so called open space for a storage play place or whatever...
