Place to buy good clothes/equipment

Hey guys,
Im new here to South Africa and staying in Cape Town. Im looking for the best outdoor store to buy good gear like: tent, sleeping bag, hiking shoes....I went to a store on the waterfront called Cape Union Mart but I was wondering if there is a more recommenced place.

I know it isnt motorcycle gear related but I figured you guys know the best places.
