Planning a ride around Hole-in-the Wall

My wife and I are planning a holiday to hole-in-the wall later this year. Was thinking of taking the bike on the trailer. Any dogs who have ridden this area and can recommend some routes would be greatly appreciated. I have a GPS so sharing a few routes would also be great.
