The Zumo only plays the .mp3 format and iTunes saves its music in an .m4a format so you have to run it through some audio converter. I have been using a free converter from https://www.koyotesoft.com and it works great but I loose the albumn/artist/genre attributes on my Zumo 500. Anybody know why this happens or know of a converter that does not loose the attributes?
