Greetings all G650X owners,
I'm eyeing the XChallenge as a future upgrade, but do not want to commit to a bike that may have fueling issues, especially when upgrading to an aftermarket exhaust.
Do any of you guys experience pinging on these new machines, especially guys living in the Gauteng area (high altitude)? I know this to be an issue with some R1200GS's.
Do you regard the stock FI mapping to be sufficient, even when running aftermarket exhausts and air filters?
Any ideas if there is a Power Commander type unit available for these engines? (According to www.dynojet.com, they only sell the Power Commander units for the F650GS 2000-2004 model years, not the twin-spark models, no idea why :dontknow
