R1100 G/S Anniversary - Yay or Nay??

Heard of a clean looking specimen today.

1100 G/S Anniversary, the Red/White Jobbie.

1) I know these are as heavy as a block of flats.....but heavy as in heavier than the 1150 Adv or not really
2) I'm around 1,75 - is that seat height adjustable?
3) I had a 1100 a while back (sold it again, made moolah)......actually enjoyed the bike as far as I can remember, the clunkiness of the box etc etc was actually VERY "Boxer like", I had 2 old airheads many moons ago, so I actually appreciated that "old school" clunkiness.

............Anything else, from 1st hand experiences, that I need to know??

I've actually LOVED these (red/white) Anniversaries for AGES, but have given up on finding a clean one. This one sort of "came looking for me", hence the sudden gatjeuk.

But ja - it will have to be a WHOLE LOT of bike before I swop that for my beloved XT 600
