Just a thank you to Dave, Brendan and Aubrey at RAD moto.
I had an issue with a failed part (the work was outsourced) after a recent service. Failure happened Thursday afternoon, spoke to RAD on Friday. The bike was picked up at my place on Potchefstroom on Saturday morning and ready for collection by Tuesday (they did over to deliver the bike, but due to the ROA there were some logistical issues).
Thanks RAD for resolving the issue in a timely and professional manner. They really went out of their way to assist and it is appreciated!
They also resolved this issue https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=142857.0 after bleeding the cooling system at no charge to save a long awaited trip starting Saturday.
I will be back in February to upgrade to a 1190.
