I was recently made aware of a young individual who's working as a game ranger and he was looking at buying a bike. After dinging into the story, I realized that he was trying to raise funds for their anti-poaching unit. He initially approached KTM who are in the process of considering sponsoring him with a demo bike for the ride, but they haven't confirmed and he's a bit worried that the time will come (08-15 October) and he'll end up without a bike.
He grew up biking and at the moment owns a YZ250. He's reluctant but willing to sell it to buy an adventure bike for this trip. First prize would be a sponsor, loan bike or rental.
