a bike was stolen and then recovered. The idiots managed to grind off the serial of the engine and the frame. the owner then scrapped the bike. Now it is an off road farm bike in mint condition.
How much of a mission is it to get it licensed and back on the road. Is it even possible or is it too much of a mission to do. thanks for some advice.
