Rear shock bouncy

Doing my birthday weekend ride, my rear shock lost function and rear was quite bouncy.
I see it's filled with nitrogen.

I did redo all settings but no change.

Is it possible to regas?
Does it need seals replaced?
Where can I get it repaired?
Do i need to remove shock and send to Cape Town?

Any experianced advice is welcome.
