riding to harare info Needed

has anybody been up to Harare and if so whats to be expected...

I've heard fuel is a problem to get a hold of, and cops are very corrupt?????

Im thinking of going through Zim  on my way up to lake Malawi.

So basically Musina, Harare, Tete, Lake Malawi
