Road condition between Heilbron and Parys - R723

Does anyone know the road surface (gravel or tar) and condition (any pot holes etc) of the R723, between Heilbron and Parys. 

I'm travelling from Reitz to Parys this Sunday and trying to plan a route  :ricky:
