With the WC bash slowly approching I'm starting to look into how to get there.
Anyone is welcome to join or chirp with route suggestions.
I can leave anytime on Friday, although I suspect mid afternoon will suit the majority.
[member=20828]Kortbroek[/member] is in the Stellies area, so the plan this far is:

CT to Stellies whichever way seems to have less traffic
R310 to Franschhoek, Onto the R45 towards Theewaters
After Villiersdorp take the gravel past Drooge Riviers reserve. Cross the Breede and stick to gravel on the northern bank as far as passible to Robertson. Tar to Montagu.
From Montagu towards Anysberg on the gravel, skirting the western side of the reserve, goiing north to Touws Rivier for a final fuel stop.
From there its 2km up the N1 to pick up the route given by Gatsrivier

I'll still look into how long this will take, but it looks about 370km from CT
