I'll be in Cape Metro (northern suburbs) from 2-12 September. I want to do sand track riding with the aim of practicing sand riding. Capetonians who know the sand routes along the West Coast, outskirts of Durbanville, Joostenbergvlakte, Muizenberg and alike 'gently bark' your advice.
