Seat re-upholstery

Howzit guys

Please can someone point me in the right direction, preferably in Cape Town.

I'm looking to have my seat recovered and the upholsterers in my area are not sure where to get that waterproof, gripper type material (Not sure what it is called).  

Can anyone please help?
