A friend showed me this forum and I'm delighted!
I came to Cape Town/Durbanville this Jan to study, originally I am German. Had no idea about bikes at all, but got inspired by a friend and so got myself a Dakar a month ago and am going to join him looking at some neighbouring countries (Moz, Mal, Sam, Bot, Nam) on it in Dec/Jan before I will have to head back to Germany.
So right now I am practicing and trying to adjust my riding skills to my travelling plans...
