Seeking a hinge bearing part no.“54203083050” for KTM 625 SXC 2004

I trying to replace the needle bearing on the Pro link lever of my bike.
Contacted RADMoto in Joburg who informed me the part has been discontinued.
Any dogs out there, that could point me in the right direction to finding this part, would be greatly appreciated.
