Shaft make weird klak sound

Hey guys,

Question, after returning from the Eco I realised tat my shaft is making a weird klak sound. Everytime the wheel makes a rotation...theres the sound.

Had the shaft bearing redone in Aug 2011 by BMW. What could it be?

Any advise?
