Thanks Sillystunt, pics from the ROCK look great, can not get over that view, and not a tarr  road insight.

Thanks for the ride Sharkie, it was very cool. Big group but nice to meet some of the Dogs. Well done to the lay rider, was very impressed, never gave up and handled everything.

Look forward to riding with you guys again sometime.

Hey Grumpy

Nice pic of you, going through the water that was taken by Sillystunt.

Underdog/Grootseun on a run?    8)

I must put in a formal complaint and admonishment. Kakking af and hectic riding is no excuse for the small amount of pictures so far.  :patch:

Where's Runner's Koos se Klim? Anybody got a video of that maybe?

It was fun, and the mind will work its tricks and everybody will look back fondly on the ride (even thoughs who were having a sense of humour failure)

Oh yes, no chance of a video of Runner, he did the " look up, hit and run" no planning, no test run ups, just hit and run

There was no time for a video or photo of Runner's climb. He took one look, turn around and steek-ed it!!

Thanx once again for an awesome ride Shark.

Dont follow Red Rider up the middle route up the rock when you think it's the easy route up.

Ran outta revs, engine staled and me and the dakar toppled over...the handlebar landed on my knuckle, luckily i had carbon fibre knuckel protectors, else i would have had to make a trip to the hospital.
The glove is now a write-off.

Thanx to Sidetrach that helped me pick up the dak (in an akward position.)

1 x New mirror, top plastic part broke, and i lost the stem on the way back.

New handguards, the OEM ones dont seem to hold up too great to my abuse.

It was a really nice ride, and i am sure lots of valuable experience gained. The only way to learn to ride technical, is to ride technical.

300 odd kms for the day, felt like i ran a marathon yesterday.

But we saw Sharkie trying for Biltong...

Oh yes, tail end charlie (without camera due to bash).....

The views after the rock, 30 bikes on the dirt highway all in one shot was quite awesome  8) 8)

Thanks guys for another awesome WD ride
brilliant, just brilliant - loved every minute
Chuffed to find that the big Doctor can do the business

One big bruise on the back of my calf & a small scratch on my face from a thorn tree but otherwise 100%

see you all again soon

either shark does not always understand the meaning of newbie, or he is a sadist. i think it is the latter! good one shark & co! the view from the rock is truly special. but, the absence of a certain 1150adv pod is conspicuous...
