I must put in a formal complaint and admonishment. Kakking af and hectic riding is no excuse for the small amount of pictures so far.atch:
Where's Runner's Koos se Klim? Anybody got a video of that maybe?
It was fun, and the mind will work its tricks and everybody will look back fondly on the ride (even thoughs who were having a sense of humour failure)
Oh yes, no chance of a video of Runner, he did the " look up, hit and run" no planning, no test run ups, just hit and run

Dont follow Red Rider up the middle route up the rock when you think it's the easy route up.
Ran outta revs, engine staled and me and the dakar toppled over...the handlebar landed on my knuckle, luckily i had carbon fibre knuckel protectors, else i would have had to make a trip to the hospital.
The glove is now a write-off.
Thanx to Sidetrach that helped me pick up the dak (in an akward position.)
1 x New mirror, top plastic part broke, and i lost the stem on the way back.
New handguards, the OEM ones dont seem to hold up too great to my abuse.
It was a really nice ride, and i am sure lots of valuable experience gained. The only way to learn to ride technical, is to ride technical.
300 odd kms for the day, felt like i ran a marathon yesterday.

Chuffed to find that the big Doctor can do the business
One big bruise on the back of my calf & a small scratch on my face from a thorn tree but otherwise 100%
