Got there Friday morn and by eleven base camp was established. Swart Gevaar and Bazinga landed at three and then the rally tangent took a turn for the normal - drink infused intellectual debates in order to further deep thinking. During friday night I lost SG & B countless times in the main tent, some tigers were nearly touched, waitresses t-shirts were swopped, correct army roll discussions at four in the morning, etc….(mag nie verder uitpraat nie).
Rest of the weekend more high-spirited behavior – almost childlike joy.
Needless to say – we never did our planned trip to Geluksburg. Next year then. Was a moerse pleasure meeting fellow dogs SG and B. Lekker man, Lekker.
