update: thanks to Donford, I was up and running by xmas eve! Big thanks to Chris for sorting me out!

basically my ignition was in sy moer in... Chris at Donford ordered me a new one (under warranty) but to keep me going until then, opened up the current one and repaired the fault.

so i'm running again!
