Should I down grade to 650 class

I have been toying with this idea for some time now. The 800 is an awesome bit of kit but I have found it to be too heavy in tight spots. The riding which I enjoy is more suited to a lighter bike and I think I will enjoy a lighter bike more. So which bike is to replace the heavy?
