So Have this Newly arrived in my Garage What next

Guys

Any advice. Apparently is does run but has not been started for some time. Front brake is seized but otherwise it all seems to be there other than a small piece broken out of the front mudguard. Should I just gooi some new oil and try and start it? Any other advice on things to specifically look out for?
