There is Swellendam fly-in happening at the end of this month.
Chances are I won't fly in, so I figured the next best thing would be to ride the bike up.
I'll probably leave Somerset West on Friday (28th) around 2pm. Not sure of which way I'm going to go yet, and I might just stick to the tar (no offroad experience yet).
Depending on how much there is to do in Swellendam, I will either leave the Saturday afternoon, or the Sunday midday.
And I will be camping on the airfield (rent a tent plus mattress for R130 per night).
Any Dogs keen to join me?

Been to one in the past, and it was an absolute jol. Back then it still had a decent airshow with a few SAAF aircraft. But even so, I'm sure there will be a few interesting aeries at this one.
