Spare keys for Givi top box

Hey Dogs. i recently got a Givi Top Box with only one key. So I went to two lock smiths to have a spare cut but neither had the correct
blank.

Does anyone know if you can order a key directly from them or can I order one from a Givi agent in Cape Town area.
