Steering Head Shake

I seem to have developed a steering head shake recently when going faster than 120...  Problem is I have done a lot on the bike recently. Most recently steering head bearings by BMW.  Also other tyres front and back and new fork seals and added fork protectors. Must say didn't notice anything after tyres, fork seals and protectors. Only now after the steering head bearings did I notice it...  Am I going nuts or can this be??
