Has anyone in the last year or so managed to license a full off-road bike?
The reg docs for these bikes state that they may not be used on the road, but apparently if it passes the roadworthy test, it can be licensed.
I am going to attempt licensing mine anyway, but I'm interested to know if anyone else has managed to get it right.
