Stripping 1150 handlebars for powder-coating?

Hi All

Am stripping the handlebars on my 1150GS - they appear to be rubber-damped, and in three separate parts...

Any tips on separating the left-and right sections?
Any ideas of the replacement grommet/rubber spacer kit part numbers?
