I have f'ed up my sump plug's head.... don't ask(I did use a socket).  They way not to get it out, is to weld a 17 nut on top of it.  Put some oil in a bowl and weld below it and decide if that is what you want to do...not me.  They way I got it out, was to warm the engine up properly(I did this when I f'ed up the nut as well).  Gave it a healthy tap on each side of the rounded hex bolt with a big broken flat skrewdriver and a claw hammer... probably as hard as a 3 year old could hit the nut, maybe less.  Then I filed the rounded sides to a size 18ish, tapped the 18 spanner over the nut with the clawhammer and with a 5 year old's strength, the bolt came loose! Awesome.

Now, is there anything special about the size 19 nut? is it "universal"? Will a place like KTM Cape Town, Craigs, Tracmac, et. al. stock a sump plug like that?
