So the minister of finance has given me the go ahead and I will be starting the process of the Suzuki DR440 build!
Tomorrow i will place the order with ProCycle for their 440 big bore kit. I have a spare cylinder that I will get sleeved and honed when it arrives. On top of the big bore i will be replacing the exhaust end can with a PowerFlow unit. I had one of the 250 i had and loved it. Never really fell in love with the SuperTrapp so I will be selling it.

Place order with ProCycle for 440 big bore as well as other odds and ends.
Find out price of pipe from PowerFlow
Do steering head bearing replacement
Flush fork oil
Check clutch plates in spec
Source smaller aftermarket headlight
Vapour or another aftermarket speedo unit

I will be selling some parts off that i got with the bike to help soften the blow including the one carb and kick start unit which is already spoken for.
A pic of how she looks currently.... Will keep you updated, the build will prob take 6 weeks depending on how long it takes parts to arrive etc.
