Fair enough. I broke my humerus in 2012 and wasn't sure it would have helped either. All went very fast. Was just wondering.
Now I have one though I wouldn't ride without it anymore. Probably a physiological thing most of the time, but what a great piece of kit. In Baja it kept me straight lined a couple of times.
My advice. Don't take your physio's word for it. If you don't see a result try another and do your homework. Not sure what the recovery for your injury is rock. I found that I had to do exercises no physio told me.
