i decided to power my tankbag, here is how you do it
take the Powerlet Luggage Electrix mounting kit and any universal tankbag
using the backing plate as a template i marked a circle with tippex
instead of cutting it out, i then melted the hole with a soldering iron.
it stops fraying . i heated a nail with a candle and pushed it through for the bolt holes
mounted, outside

Powerlet to SAE
on the inside i chose dual powerlet and cigarette to keep all options open
then USB power
there are other options such as IPOD
quick and easy,
