I'm lucky enough to be collecting a new bike this coming week so naturally the mental cogs are turning on ideas for the next trip.
I'm thinking of heading from my home in St Francis towards the West coast and back over 12 days or so. I want to spend some time in the Cederberg/ Tankwa and was wondering what people's thoughts were of the riding in that area, spots to see and stay, tips, things to look out for?
My old man will be tagging along in his 4x4 so I won't need to carry any of my stuff or the much critical beer supply. We maybe want to set up a camp base for a few days and do day rides/drives in certain areas.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
