Tents - probably again!

I know I have read a thread on this before, but now that I am shopping for one I cannot find the definitive thread on TENTS again, so.. please redirect me or lets have this topic again.

I am looking for a nice 2 man tent to take on the bike - actually a 1 man would suffice, something like an army bivvy with a integral ground sheet would be even better. Where and what price? Or what do you guys recommend?
