The KTM 450, maybe moving to my garage...It has come to an end!

I have been looking at a new bike lately, just for offroad, and found a KTM 450 for 30k, i'm keen to have it and my parents are willing to pay for the bike, should I go for it, if not, why? I'm at the point to buy it, I just want to have some comments about this situation, thanx!
