Yeah...its like Indiana Jones turns into Chevy Chase... Nope...let's not ride through Bavies...lets rather eat our way around it! ;)

to me it sounds more like drama than adventure :D hehe, but thanks for the cool report!

Nice RR.The positive side of it is at least you guys know how to put a bike down and ride further now. :thumleft:

Just like J-dog and Fat B said , the grootrivier is nicer than Baviaans in my opinion. But you will have to come back to
do it.Nice RR  :thumleft:

After all your ordeals, you do Prince Afred Pass, and you dont even stop at ANGIES-G-SPOT. What kind???. You guys missed to plot, Nice rr even so

hell, what a trip. You all will talk about the thrills and spills of this one for a long time. :thumleft: :thumleft:

P.S. If you are going to do Lesotho one day..........do not plan it.

Those Tooltubes look lekka!
Happy?

yup, they great.
Makes getting to the tools much easier than if they were packed into the panniers or under the seat.

Only issue I had was when my pannier was pulled apart... I had to remove a bolt from the tool tube so we could reassemble the pannier. But other than that... its all good.

so so close

next time - go to the synagogue  ::)

hahaha - good point.

Not a chance.

Listening to prayers and sermons, or going for an awesome ride.... it's not even a choice.

Better to sit on your bike thinking about God and his creation than sitting in Church thinking about your bike ;)

Gazer, IMHO the Baviaans is over rated. The Groot Rivier is much more interesting, as is the Prince Alfred pass. I think you did the best bits of the trip  :thumleft:
Agreed Baviaans is over rated and agree with J-Dog you did do the best bits well done!

Were you guys there to ride or to slide?   :ricky:

hahahha - that mud was ridiculous.
The first time my mate fell - it was so fast it was ridiculous. One moment he was upright, and 0.3 secs later he was on his ***, sliding down the road.
