Here's a pic from where it stood for about 20 years:
It was covered in chicken shit, but has been washed down by my eager little helper and fellow restorer.
Now standing in the garage.
So we thought we'd take a chance and see if it starts.
Got spark, fuel in the tank and compression.
Keys broken off in the ignition, so we turn it on with a screwdriver and start kicking.
Nothing.
Take the carb off and ...
Hang on, isn't there supposed to be a needle and seat in the top of the carb?
