Me and my son is still busy with his DT 125 restoration but are currently stuck on the carb and the electrics
The problem with the carb is that the bike doesn't want to start :eek7:. We have done all the pre-adjustment as explained by numerous experts on youtube :3some:. But here is the thing. On the barrel of the carb on the opposite side of where the air screw is situated, is a breather pipe/tottie. As soon as we block it off, the bike start without a problem. We can then remove the blockage from the breather and the bike will idle happily. But if we switch the bike off and wait 15 minutes or more it is the same story again. The carb was cleaned using a ultra sound bath and everything. So I assume there is no problem inside.... :biggrin:
